Frequently Asked Questions
B2B Manufacturing & Commercial FAQ
Key information regarding MOQs, lead times, costing, and logistics:
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) at DIANTRUTEX?
Our optimal commercial production batch starts at 300 units per style (which can be distributed across a curve of 4 to 5 sizes, such as 28, 30, 32, 34, and 36). We also support capsule pilot batches from 150 units following technical evaluation.
What is the difference between CMT (Cut-Make-Trim) and Full Package?
In CMT (Maquila), you supply the fabric and trims; we execute CAD cutting, assembly, and transport to laundry. In Full Package, DIANTRUTEX manages the entire supply chain: sourcing certified 12-14 oz sanforized denim, Rey zippers and rivets, industrial sewing, bio-stone washing, steam pressing, and individual retail bagging.
Where is the plant located and how can I schedule a tour?
Our manufacturing plant is located in the industrial district of Rimac, Lima, Peru. To maintain plant safety and production continuity, visits are scheduled by prior appointment via WhatsApp (+51 921 092 861) or corporate email (ventas@diantrutex.pe).
What is the typical lead time for a production run?
An average commercial batch takes between 15 and 25 business days from approval of the physical washed counter-sample and trim confirmation, depending on the complexity of the wash recipe.
Which fabric mills and trim suppliers do you work with?
We partner with leading Peruvian and international textile mills including Nuevo Mundo, Colortex, and Camila Textil for sanforized denim and drill; certified brass zippers from Corporación Rey; nickel-plated Zamak buttons and rivets; and certified high-tenacity sewing threads.
Do you ship to domestic provinces and international ports?
Yes. All completed productions are bundled in heavy-duty sealed bales and dispatched to all Peruvian regions via terrestrial freight carriers (Marvisur, Shalom), or prepped for export containers via the Port of Callao and the Port of Chancay.
